MaxxTransfer.com provides private transfer services, chauffeur-driven transportation, airport transfers, hotel transfers, port transfers, and related transportation arrangements in Bodrum and surrounding areas.

Services may include:

  • Hotel, villa, marina, and port transfers

  • Intercity private transfers

  • Chauffeur-driven transportation arrangements

  • One-way and return transfer options

2) Reservations and Confirmation

Reservations can be made via the website, email, phone, or messaging applications.

A reservation is considered valid only when:

It is confirmed by us
Required prepayment or full payment is completed

We reserve the right to decline any reservation based on availability, operational planning, or other reasons.

3) Customer and Passenger Requirements

Customers and passengers must:

  • Provide accurate reservation details

  • Provide correct pickup and drop-off information

  • Provide flight, hotel, villa, marina, port, or address details when requested

  • Be ready at the agreed pickup location and time

4) Service Use

  • Not be transferred to third parties without approval

All additional costs caused by incorrect information, route changes, waiting time, tolls, parking, or customer-requested changes may be the customer’s responsibility.

5) Transfer Duration and Route

Transfer duration is defined based on the agreed reservation date, time, route, and service type.

Unless otherwise stated:

The service applies to the agreed pickup and drop-off route
Additional stops, route changes, or waiting time may result in additional charges

6) Pickup and Drop-off

Pickup and drop-off:

Are carried out at the agreed location and time
May take place at hotels, villas, marinas, ports, airports, or private addresses

Late arrival by the customer or passenger may result in additional charges or may be treated as a no-show depending on the circumstances.

7) Pricing and Payment

Prices may vary depending on:

  • Vehicle type

  • Route and distance

  • Service date and time

  • Season and availability

  • Pickup and drop-off location

Payment:

May be required before or at the time of reservation confirmation
Can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods

8) Insurance and Liability

Vehicles are provided with standard insurance coverage required for the service.

However:

  • Customer negligence

  • Incorrect information

  • Improper conduct

  • Violation of terms

may result in additional liability for the customer.

9) Cancellations and Modifications
