1) Scope of Services
Maxx Luxury Cars provides luxury car rental, vehicle delivery, and, upon request, chauffeur-supported arrangements in Bodrum and surrounding areas.
Services may include:
Self-drive car rental
Chauffeur-supported arrangements upon request
Hotel, villa, marina, and airport delivery
Daily and long-term rental options
2) Reservations and Confirmation
Reservations can be made via the website, email, phone, or messaging applications.
A reservation is considered valid only when:
It is confirmed by us
Required prepayment or full payment is completed
We reserve the right to decline any reservation based on availability, operational planning, or other reasons.
3) Driver Requirements
Drivers must:
Hold a valid driver’s license
Have sufficient driving experience
Provide identification and license details when requested
Additional age and experience requirements may apply depending on the vehicle category.
4) Vehicle Use
Rented vehicles must:
Be used in compliance with applicable laws
Not be subleased or transferred to third parties
Not be driven by unauthorized persons
Not be used for racing, off-road, or improper purposes
All traffic fines, tolls, and usage-related responsibilities are the renter’s responsibility.
5) Rental Duration and Mileage
Rental duration is defined based on the agreed reservation dates and times.
Unless otherwise stated:
A daily mileage limit applies
Exceeding the mileage limit may result in additional charges
6) Delivery and Return
Vehicle delivery and return:
Are carried out at the agreed location and time
May take place at hotels, villas, marinas, or airports
Late returns may result in additional charges.
7) Pricing and Payment
Prices may vary depending on:

Rental duration
Season and availability
Delivery location
Payment:
May be required before or at the time of reservation confirmation
Can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods
8) Insurance and Liability
Vehicles are provided with standard comprehensive insurance coverage.

User negligence
Improper use
Violation of terms
may result in additional liability for the renter.

9) Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellations and modifications are governed by the separate Cancellation and Refund Policy.
10) Force Majeure
In cases such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, official restrictions, or circumstances beyond control, services may be:
